Broadband Helper provides the opportunity for users to discuss support questions and to learn from the experiences and skills of other members. By taking part you are joining a peer support network of users in similar situations to yourself. You may find solutions to questions you are unable to answer, or help another member by posting information you have learnt.

Please find below a small list of guidelines that will help us keep Broadband Helper a professional and friendly place to browse and discuss.

• Avatars and signatures have been enabled and you may make use of them, but please nothing offensive or over the top.
• Posting of any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law is strictly prohibited, any material of this nature found will be immediately removed.

If anyone comes across any content/material that they think shouldn't have been posted then please use the "Report!" button that can be found underneath every post and a member of the administration/moderation team will take action accordingly.

If you feel your post or topic has been wrongfully moved or deleted then please don't create new topics asking why, instead please email the administrator via email using the address below. If you think you have been wrongfully banned from the forums and wish to find out a reason then please send an email to the administrator using the contact us form.
