Well as of this evening I have started the migration process to move over to Sky. An evening of no internet and constant resyncing was the final nail in the coffin to a provider I lost my faith with when they bumped up the prices and introduced the new packages.

Tomorrow morning I shall be requesting my Mac code to provide to Sky to get the migration completed asap.

I could say it's been a pleasure O2, but with the way you've been treating customers lately I'll hold that back!

Maybe when you become a bit more reasonable I'll consider coming back, but to be honest there's probably more chance of flying pigs or hell freezing over!

Ironic really, iv just started thinking about migrating again , since the kids have been on holidays my speeds have been up and down like a hoe's knickers.

Its a nightmare never quite finding a DECENT sp :( and they often start out so good just to go down hill fast).

Anyhow good luck with SKY (prob be great for first 6 months :P LOL .

Thx for your time,

well yea in my case it is indeed +net that iv been seriously thinking about. Just a little worried about all the advertising of late and if they are likely to make the same mistake as all the rest ?

anyhow holidays are nearly over now , we shall see how my current SP is after the holl's and then make a decision.

Thx for your time,

I've already started the process with Sky, Spencer, and it's not just Broadband i'm moving, it's the landline too!

Plusnet has 30 day rolling contract on broadband and a 10 day notice period on home phone..technically you cancel sky before it goes live ;)...Not to mention yours truly as a selling point :P

Good luck with the move Ashley.

I've heard some recent nightmares about people moving to Sky (but then again. it's only the problems you normally hear about, not the seamless swapovers!)

Watch out for the initial 10 day DLM period, that may throw you a little bit.

Hey Browni,

Seems the issues have already started :( see: http://www.broadband...sting-mac-code/

Hopefully it's just a bumpy start and is nothing too much to worry about!
