Have a look at the screenshot, surely there is no way that the ping can be so consistent!

EDIT: Should have added, Im using v9.9 x64 under Windows 7 Ultimate x64

excuse all the gaps in my graph , iv been do loads of testing but you get the idea

and looks like your dl speed is pretty consistent as well so all good stuff on your part

have a try with a different ping location. see if it changes (under Configuration\optional test switches)

the jitter shows that you do have a very small amount of variation in your ping times but the actual ping is calculated by doing 100 pings and finding the lowest, so it shows your best possible ping to your chosen ping location, and looks like your connection is indeed a very stable one :P

I have seen a lot of screen shots from other people and there's are all working fine. So im sure yours is to.

Thx for your time,

BTW , if your still using ver 9.9 you should really update as a couple of minor bugs fixed, proper help file added & changed the formula for jitter. But as for the ping that has not had any changes for ages now so it wont affect your ping results but im thinking there fine anyhow.

when the internet connection is a good one and there is nothing interfering with it the pings do stabilize at a constant level. My pic below shows a short period when not in peek time and my connection settles down, they are constant also even on my access connection LOL
